Adult Martial Arts ages 14 & up
Students ranging in age from 15 & up are enjoying the benefits of Aikido. Aikido
is much more than a proven form of self defense. Aikido training is an effective
way to lose weight, gain flexibility, increase strength, decrease stress and
exercise while learning a traditional martial art. All of our students train at their
own individual levels in classes to meet every student's needs. Our JSA
instructors are there every step of the way. All that is expected of you as a new
student is a willingness to try, come to classes, and enjoy the learning experience.
Unlike going to the gym, martial arts training offers life-changing benefits that
improve a student's mental and physical abilities. JSA offers a diverse schedule
to fit the goals of even the busiest student with unlimited training available seven
days per week.
